Sicilian Culinary Traditions
Our Cooking Class, in the heart of Taormina, is structured as following: Breakfast together in order to taste a typical Sicilian Breakfast, then off to the local market where to learn how to choose and recognize fresh ingredients (tasting included), back to the restaurant where you will be given a personalised apron (our personal gift for you!) and start of the cooking class. You will learn how to cook 1 starter (usually “Parmigiana”) 1 Pasta main course (maccaroni) and a fish main course. At the end you will be able to taste them all, learning also how to combine the right wine to each dish.

Meeting at 11:00 at the restaurant “Osteria Santa Domenica Taormina”
2.
Small walk to discover the most hidden monuments of Taormina
3.
Breakfast with typical Sicilian Granita and Brioches
4.
Stop by the embroiderer who will prepare a personalized apron embroidered by hand with the customer’s name and surname
5.
Visit of the town market with purchase of the products necessary to make the dishes of the lesson
6.
Return to the restaurant and start of the lesson, preparation of:Eggplant Parmigiana, Fresh handmade pasta, Aeolian fish
7.
Around 2:00 pm lunch, with wine and dessert and included Digital photo album delivery
